To the Farm!

[Kei Osideken]

Kei took in a breath of the fragrant scents around him. It was a pleasant smell from the neutral smell of the Pokemon Center and the... Town-y smell of Kahoy. Kei looked down beside him at the small silvery fox-like pokemon sitting there. "Ready to do some training Eve?" Kei asked the shiny Eevee.

"Eve! Eevee!" She replied happily and Standing up Eve began to wag her tail excitedly. Eve was obviously pumped about doing some training with Kei.

"All right let's see if we can't find anything to train on." Kei said as he started, his white cloak trailing behind him and Eve trotting to keep up with Kei. The farm would make a nice place to train a normal type. Since the Farm housed a variety of Normal type pokemon. This meant that Eve in a battle would most likely be at neither an advantage or a disadvantage, perfect for training a young pokemon.

[Shiz]

Zigzagoon was yapping excitedly as she trotted along her trainer's side; the farm was a place full of normal types, like herself ... It would certainly be an enjoyable visit for her, although not quite so for her trainer; Mysie. The breeder simply came to the farm in search of pokemon that she hadn't already obtained -- but the stench was nearly killing her. In the end, all farms are the same in regards to smell, no matter how hard a person might work to keep it sanitary. It wasn't really meant to be an insult towards the caretakers of the area, but she couldn't help that the stench was making her nauseous. Totodile squirmed in the girl's arms, turning to get a better look of the place.

He didn't seem to mind the smell; or rather, he was used to it compared to his trainer. Odd, considering he was merely a baby. Perhaps it came naturally to him, to appreciate the smells of nature. Kahoy was a natural place; far different from the city... It was no wonder that Mysie, a city born individual, wouldn't very much appreciate the odor that Kahoy presented her. The water type sighed and nodded to himself in understanding, before his eyes widened and sparkled with joy.

The farm was in his sight! It was wide, and green, and, and, wide! The baby giggled excitedly, wiggling like crazy out of pure anticipation. He wanted to run around and play. "Calm down..." Mysie chuckled as she scratched Totodile's back gently. He purred, kicking his hind leg just a bit due to the pleasure. "Just wait a little bit longer." She added softly, as she carried the little blue baby towards the site, with Zigzagoon trailing behind her closely.

[Kei Osideken]

As Kei drew nearer to the farm the smell of nature gave way to well... The more unpleasant side of nature... Eve was noticing it too, it stunk a little, not enough to make one want to hurl, but enough to make ones nose feel uncomfortable. The farm was flat and fairly wide and large, but Kei had seen bigger farms before, still it must take a small army to keep such a farm in the shape it was in.

Kei looked up at the noon-hour sun, warming his face with it's light. Stretching his arms over his head Kei let out a yawn. lowering his arms again he returned his gaze to the farm around him. Kei noted a great many of things, from the farm house itself to the wild grazing pokemon, to the trainer and the trees. Wait... a Trainer?

Kei looked back to the trainer, who was too far to make out any details, all he could tell is that it was another human. They might not even be another trainer, but you never know. Kei was being his indecisive self and was unsure about whether or not he should go say hi. "Should we go say 'Hi' Eve?" Kei asked, letting his pokemon make the decision.

Eve voiced and showed her answer. "Eve! Eevee!" She piped up and began to take off full tilt towards the other person, even though they were across the field.

"Eve! Wait up!" Kei shouted as he took off into a run as well. Eve was a rash pokemon, but often made the right choices. Kei wondered why Eve was so excited to meet this trainer though...

[Shiz]

"Alright, you can go off on your own... But don't go too far, okay?" Mysie smiled as she pet Zigzagoon's bristly fur carefully. The raccoon like creature smiled and sighed contently before rushing off on her own, tail wagging from side to side at a rapid pace. "You're not going anywhere!" Mysie said, grabbing Totodile's tail before he could manage to make a mad dash for it. He was a naughty little guy, always running off and getting himself into trouble. She chuckled, before picking him back up and cradling him.

Spoiled guy; she would never be able to treat him like she does to the others. Not a good idea; to play favorites with pokemon, but ... She couldn't help it. Sometimes that's just how things went down. 'Now then...' Mysie sighed as she leaned against the farm's sturdy fence, looking up at the nearest tree's leaves as she thought to herself. Totodile nibbled on her arm, impatient; he was ready to go on an adventure and find someone or something else to bite other than Mysie's arm or his own tail.

Mysie's ears perked suddenly, and she blinked in a moment of confusion, before turning around towards the source of the noise. Her eyes widened in surprise; a lot of people had never heard of Kahoy Farm, much less ever planned on visiting it. Who would have thought that she would meet anyone else here: especially a certain someone who had an unusually coloured pokemon; such as the Eevee that was bounding toward her. The Eevee seemed familiar; apart from it's looks, of course. It would only be natural for a breeder to recognize one of the pokemon she had bred, even if it was one of many.

She laughed happily, leaning over to give the Eevee a warm hug in greeting. As she remembered -- this Eevee's coat was really soft and fluffy~ It felt nice to touch, especially for hands as soft and sensitive as Mysie's. "How've you been holdin' up?" Mysie asked casually, rhetorically, as her chestnut hued eyes sparkled. Her arched eyebrows raised themselves inquisitively and expectantly; if Eevee was here, then so was the one who bought her. "Hey." She greeted simply, glancing up furtively from her position.

[Kei Osideken]

Kei was shocked when Eve bounded right into the trainer's arms, but then he realized why. This was the breeder than he got Eve from. It only made Sense, To Eve, She was like a mother. "Hey!" He said in response, "What a coincidence in meeting you here!" Kei said happily as Eve nuzzled up against Mysie. This was an odd place to meet up with her.

"So how have you been?" Kei asked the girl casually as he crouched to come to eye level with Mysie, who was close to ground because of the warm receiving she gave to Eve. Kei couldn't help but smile at this happy reunion that the two were having

Eve was extremely absorbed in Reuniting with Mysie that it took a while for Eve to notice the Totodile nearby. But When Eve did she looked at the Blue-ish pokemon and piped out an "Eve!" Happily, wanting to make friends with the blue pokemon of course.

[Shiz]

Mysie chuckled to herself before sitting down on the soft ground, the grass tickling her bare legs as she crossed them. In beige short shorts and a dark blue tank top, she was pretty comfortable with the warm breeze blowing against her blushed cheeks. Her golden hair cascaded over her narrow left shoulder, pulled into a loose but apparent side bun. With a sigh she reached down towards her bag and pulled out her itouch, scrolling down until she reached the song she was looking for.

"Busy." She responded immediately to the boy's question with a small smirk. It was true, and the two of them knew fully well what she was talking about. Breeding took a lot more effort and time than most other occupations. "But things are good," she continued, eyes lit up enthusiastically. "And you?" Her voice was light and carefree, her light pink lips parted as she revealed her bright white teeth, with a soft but formal smile. She wasn't good with certain types of people; those people being the forward and a bit too friendly people. She would loosen up soon enough, though.

Totodile wiggled his butt furiously and patted Eevee's forehead in greeting, smiling madly. He cried out happily, before running around the fluffy creature a couple of times, his sharp teeth glinting underneath the warm sun. He was already having fun; he was still a baby, and a very easily amused one at that.

[Kei Osideken]

Kei Noded as Mysie answered his question Understanding that being a breeder was a lot busier than being a trainer. As a trainer, he could take things at his pace, but with a breeder, she probably had to keep up with requests. Kei smiled a little as she smiled, fully sitting down at the same time. Kei was awkward around others he didn't know to well, but of all the people in Katsu, he knew Mysie the most. Still he felt awkward because he just wasn't to good around people, he could be nice and friendly to strangers; He just found it hard to have a good conversation.

It took Kei a moment to realize that Mysie had asked him a question and he felt almost stupid as he sat there for a few moments staring blankly of to the side. "Oh..." He said as he realized "It's going alright, my team is coming along, but it will be a while before we challenge a gym" He answered as he returned his attention to the girl sitting in front of him. After a small pause he looked over to the two young pokemon playing with each other.

Eve was now trying to pounce on Totodile as he ran around her. Missing once she face planted into the ground, but almost as soon as she hit the ground she bounced back up and tried again to get the Big Jaw pokemon. Kei couldn't help but smile at Eve's personality, she was always determined, never giving up if she hurt herself. Eve was defiantly Kei's most interesting Pokemon.

Kei continued to watch the two pokemon play; while at the same time he tried to come up with something to say to Mysie and not sound awkward, but decided on remaining quiet, it seemed to be what he was best at.

[Shiz]

"That's good in a way. No point in rushing recklessly into battle." Mysie shrugged as she leaned back, pressing her palms against the warm ground. "Oh, yeah..." She mumbled something before reaching down towards her belt and clipping off one of her pokeballs. She clicked the middle button, and out popped an oddly coloured Sandshrew. "Thought you might wanna meet her." She explained casually, raising her eyebrows knowingly. Sandshrew was his pokemon's baby, literally.

Totodile cackled before tackling Eevee from behind after she had fallen. He did so gently of course, but was kind of trying to establish a sense of superiority. He was full of himself, that was for sure. Especially after having visited the move tutor; he felt like a playa.

[Kei Osideken]

It occurred to Kei who this Sandshrew was. Reaching into his cloak Kei brought out a pokeball of his own. Click the button it popped open and out came Rew. Rew stretched his arms over his head, attempting to crack his back, which he did. Looking around the first thing Rew noticed was the oddly coloured Sandshrew; Which he immediately identify as his daughter.

Rew ran over to her and gave his child a big hug. Rew was obviously extremely happy to meet his daughter for the first time as his tail was thumping loudly on the ground in that way it does whenever he is extremely happy. Kei couldn't help but smile widely at this reunion of father and daughter. "Thanks." Kei said to Mysie, thanking her on Rew's Behalf. "Rew needed something to lift his mood." Kei Continued "He has been kind of down ever since he lost his first battle against a trainer" Kei looked back to Rew who was still hugging his daughter.

As Eve was tackled from behind she rolled forward using Totodiles momentum to carry him over top of her. Once Totodile was underneath her because she was on her back she had to roll off to her side; she was unable able to pin Totodile by rolling, but at least she got out of his tackle. Eve then lunged at Totodile, trying to pin him this time.

[Shiz]

Totodile giggled as he was tackled, but managed to maneuver himself around so that she was lying on top of him, perpendicular. He literally rubbed his tiny hands together before opening his jaw wide and suddenly -

Nibbling on her tail gently. Phew, at least he knew when to be gentle and when to get serious. That would have been trouble if he had honestly tried to bite her without holding back; he didn't have the title 'big jaw' pokemon for nuthin'.

"Losing once or twice will only make you stronger in the near future." Mysie said, winking towards the father Sandshrew. It was true, although she could understand why he would feel bad for having lost at all in the first place. Her own Sandshrew yawned slightly before stretching out her rough arms, smiling because of the warm and soothing sunlight. It was nap time for her; she should have napped an hour ago, though.

Meanwhile, Zigzagoon was still wandering off on her own... Maybe she would find something or someone to play with?

(Pick Up ability)

[Lunus]

Well the Zigzagoon wandered through the farm and eventually came across some pig pens. Underneath the pig pen was an apple core and your Zigzagoon sniffs it. It seems it has found some leftovers.

At Mysie and Kei now there was a little disturbance from the ranch. It seemed one of the bulls had escaped from the breeding pens and with it's pent up testosterone charged at Mysie and the baby pokemon. The bull looked strange, it had three tails and silvery grey horns. If either of them opened their pokedex's they would find it to be a Taurus and a rather angry pokemon.

[Kei Osideken]

The noise got Kei's attention first. It tickled his ears at first and he dismissed it as nothing. But as the noise got louder Kei began to look for the source. When he found it he jumped up almost instantly. Kei's eyes were locked on the Tauros as it charged at the small gathering in a blind fury. Kei thought few no longer than a few mile-seconds before yelling "Eve, Rew use Sand-Attack; Blind that Tauros!"

Eve and Rew were already looking at the charging bull pokemon before Kei gave his command. When Kei yelled the order out, the two jumped into action. Eve, who was closer, whirled around and began to use her back legs and kick up sand everywhere. Once he was close enough, Rew whirled around and bashed the ground with his tail also throwing sand up everywhere.

Kei could no longer see the Tauros due to the sand in the air now. Worried, Kei grabbed Mysie's hand and pulled her up. With the other hand he scooped up the little Totodile and pulled the two a fair distance away. Kei was sure that Mysie could handle herself, she seemed very capable, but since she was sitting he felt the urge to help her up and out of the way. Male instinct perhaps. ;P

[Shiz]

"Woah, hold on there!" Mysie pulled her hand away from the boy as he tried to pull her away from all of the commotion. Without another word, she immediately dashed back, although not before grabbing Totodile. "You two -- move!" She said firmly to Kei's pokemon; she could only hope they had the sense to listen. Totodile jumped from her arms, before narrowing his eyes and smiling out of anticipation. His teeth were sharp, but it seemed that he wasn't planning on using them. He remained by Mysie's side, rather than charging in and biting the beast mercilessly. "Water Pulse!"

Totodile giggled before taking a deep breath -- clenching his own tiny little fists. "Toto!" Crying out fiercely, he shot out multiple rings of water that were clearly vibrating powerfully. An odd attack, capable of confusing a pokemon. That's not to say it didn't pack something of a punch, though. Totodile's eyes glowed a disturbing blood red; about the same colour as they always were... Only this time, it wasn't only his irises that were red. 'Leer... He plans on following up with an Ice Punch, or Bite...?' She thought to herself, unsure. At any rate, Totodile seemed pretty sure of himself. Little spoiled brat, slash playa.

Glancing furtively over to Kei, and then to his pokemon, she determined their states. 'Totodile should probably be able to handle this one by himself... Probably.' She felt unusually calm and confident, despite the situation. It was probably because she knew full well the power behind the new moves in which she had him tutored. "Totodile!" She caught his attention, assuming that the bull like creature would charge them. "Intercept it with an ice punch. Aim for the face, 'kay?" She added the last bit on the end; knowing that a normal attack wouldn't stop the opponent from charging. Tauros were known to charge blindly out of pure rage. They would have to stop it in it's tracks.

At the same time, Zigzagoon had sniffed the leftovers a bit more, before taking it into her mouth and making a mad dash back to where her trainer was. Her tail was wagging madly; Mysie praised her whenever she gave her something -- even if it was something out of the food bucket that humans fill for her. Although sometimes her trainer just mutters something about 'trash' and takes it with a small smile and a laugh. She doesn't know what she means by it, but at least she pets her and praises her. At any rate, this apple thingy seemed to be good pickings; she felt rejuvenated after having just taken the smallest of bites.

[Lunus]

The attacks sure slowed/stopped the Tauros and it was forced to skid to a stop anyway, that sand just wouldn't stop irritating his eyes. He was now about three feet away from Mysie and was prone to be attacked but it son turned after blinking the and out of his eyes. He looked at the Totodile and tackled it, it's horns and studs hitting the small crocodiles scales. It then quickly flipped around and jabbed at the eevee with it's horns, using horn attack.

In the background a Miltank left the same place the Tauros had came from and started waddling over on it's hind legs.

[Shiz]

Totodile squealed pathetically as Tauros tackled him brutally. But, he was a fighter -- he reached forward and managed to cling onto the creature's horns, getting pulled up with it as it turned to use horn attack on Eevee. But, since he was literally hanging off of the bull's said horns; Totodile managed to swiftly kick Eevee out of the creature's path; and although it would probably hurt her, it would do far less damage than those sharp and pointy horns might have. Totodile's eyes squinted as he pulled back his arm once more, launching yet another ice punch; this time straight into the monster's eye.

(Auto hit.)

[Kei Osideken]

Eve yipped as Totodile kicked her away. She rolled away a few feet before coming to a stop. It didn't hurt too bad, but still, getting kicked in general hurts D=. Eve got up and looked at the battle that was taking place. Totodile had just smashed the angry Tarous in the eye with an Ice Punch; that had to hurt.

Rew had managed to get out of the way of the Tauros and was backed off a fair distance away. Eve decided to follow suite and she began to back off herself. Besides, if she tried to help Totodile, she would probably get in the way, or worse, hurt Totodile accidentally.

Kei was honest to god shocked when the Totodile pulled off that stunt. It was well trained and he complemented silently on it's well executed technique. The little guy had spunk. Right now Kei couldn't do too much for fear of getting in the way, but Mysie seemed to have it under control.

[Lunus]

The Tauros blinked with it's useful eye as it was hit with the ice punch. It seemed that the water in it's eyes had frozen and the eye was quite fragile until it thawed. It also caused searing pain. It rage was building alot now and surely its attack power would increase, at least for his next tackle which was aimed at a wall to try and smash to totodile holding on into it.

Meanwhile a crowd of miltanks had arrived now, it seems they all hated this particular bull and were cheering you on. All except a rather small one which seemed to be crying. It then looked up at Kei with a pleading look as if to say 'Please don't kill him'

[Shiz]

Totodile grunted, pulling himself up and onto the creature's head. With a squeal he ran, before taking a dive and latching onto the pokemon's fur as it rammed into the nearest wall. With a sigh of relief that he hadn't been turned into a puddle, Totodile took a deep breath, before attempting to slam his teeth down onto the bull's loose skin. Mysie blinked in confusion. She could have sworn that Miltank were uncommon in these parts; why were so many of them showing up out of nowhere?

It didn't matter though -- once she was finished with the Taurus, she would somehow get one of those Miltank... So long as they dispersed once the threat was gotten rid of. Aka, Taurus. At which point she would go after one of the Miltank, rather than confront one with a whole crowd of them watching. It sounded a bit cowardly, but it was only natural; Totodile couldn't take on a whole group of them if they planned on assisting their fellow Miltank. "Totodile!" Mysie called out for him, and his red eyes widened, before he made a mad dash back towards her. It was better to keep the distance between himself and the raging pokemon.

[Lunus]

The Tauros flailed wildly after crashing into the wall and being bit. It was those two things what made him slow down and eventually slump. Seeing this the other Miltank dispersed except the crying one. Now you have the option of catching both tauros and Miltank. But what if the tauros didn't like said miltank nd it could just be some crazed pokemon fan.. Cow? Anyway, it'd be a risk but could also be a tremendous investment without costing you a penny.

But you aren't out of the woods yet, The Tauros still has some fight in it and runs at you rather than the totodile, blinded with rage.

[Kei Osideken]

Kei watched the battle unfold in silent awe. The Totodile packed a tremendous punch! It was able to take down a pokemon easily four times it's own stature. Kei stood dumb-founded that a pokemon so small could do that much damage. It was obvious to Kei that the Totodile had received some special training to preform stunts like that. Either way the Totodile was damn strong and thouroghly impressed Kei.

Eve pulled on Kei's pant leg trying to get her trainer's attention; which she succeeded in. Kei squatted beside the gray fox-like pokemon to find out what was the matter. Eve had to say no words. All she did was show a look of determination in her eyes and Kei immediately understood. She wanted to prove herself as a powerful pokemon.

Kei simply ruffled the fur on top of Eve's head. "You'll get you chance soon, don't worry." Kei spoke softly to the Eevee. Standing up Kei silently observed the scene contemplating the recent events silently to himself.

[Shiz]

It was at this point that Zigzagoon had gotten back -- eyes widening as she realized the situation that her trainer was in. With a snarl, she dashed in with a quick attack, hoping to smash into the large creature as Mysie ran in the opposite direction. The orange raccoon like creature grunted, preparing to follow up with a tail whip to the face. Mysie's eyes narrowed as she spotted out the leftovers. That should help out if Zigzagoon wasn't strong enough to handle the Taurus -- at least buying her some time to transfer over Tyranitar if completely necessary. This Taurus was stronger than she had initially assumed. Totodile sighed, exhausted from the recent chain of events. He ran over to Mysie as fast as he could, panting, leaving the battle to Zigzagoon.

[Kei Osideken]

Kei watched as the Tarous got up and charge once again, but not at Totodile, but instead at Mysie! Kei had to act fast! Kei was just about to get Eve to Tackle the Tarous from the side as Eve readied herself to charge.

"Eve use--" Kei stopped himself as watched the next events unfold. Eve however didn't see what happened. Why? Well because when Kei started to talk, she took a step foward ready to full on sprint. But when Kei stopped mid-sentence, she froze, slipped and fell face first into the dirt.

Continuing to watch what was happening, Kei squatted down and picked up Eve, who was no slightly teary eyed. More because she wasn't going to battle... again, less because she face planted. Eve was tough and able to take a hit, but emotionally... She was 'weaker' so to speak.

Kei cradled Eve as he stood back up again and watched the Zigzagoon come out of nowhere and began to fight the Tarous. Kei was quite dumb-founded. Was this Zigzagoon Mysie's perhaps?

[Lunus]

The turos toppled finally when the quick attack hit, the tail whip just tickling him slightly whilst he was unconscious. It was now completely ready to be captured! The Miltank was still sad and had now trotted up to Kei on it's four legs, which was uncharacteristic for the female cow pokemon, it usually walked on it's hind legs. Maybe it was tired, or maybe the emotional pain made it unbearable to stand up, who knew? Anyway it had started tugging on your top and then tapping your belt, trying to hit a pokeball.

[Kei Osideken]

Kei patted the Miltank on the head. He didn't want to catch the Miltank, not that he hated it, but he only one spot left on his team, which he was saving for a water type pokemon. "Sorry Miltank..." Kei said sympathetically, being careful not to let the Miltank get a hold of one of the empty pokeballs in his cloak's pocket.

Eve wiggled a bit in his arms as Kei moved a little bit away from the Miltank. Kei looked back at the Tarous which lay knocked out near him. Mysie's pokemon were well trained, that was obvious, also that Zigzagoon had to be Mysie's. Perhaps she let it go to hunt for rarer items as it held in its mouth some leftovers... But was that really a rare item? It looked like a rotten, half eaten apple >_>

[Shiz]

With a sigh of relief, Mysie nearly fell to the ground, her legs shaky and ready to give out. Taking a deep calming breath, she regained her composure -- before making her way towards the fallen bull. She reached into her bag; if Kei managed to get a glimpse of it, he would see that she had a surprising amount of pokeballs in there; clearly all empty, else they wouldn't be there in the first place. Unless Mysie was some infamous hacker that somehow managed to slip past the PC transfer automatic system, and managed to keep more than six pokemon with her at one time. That would be incredibly dangerous, really ... Anyway, the girl grabbed one of the normal pokeballs, before tossing it towards the unconscious creature.

Kneeling to the ground, she patted Zigzagoon's forehead with a gentle smile; the creature clearly thought she brought something back good, so there wasn't any harm in praising her. And although Mysie only saw a disgusting half eaten apple that smelt disgusting and looked brown and rotten, etc -- Zigzagoon saw a delicious snack that would rejuvenate her during a battle or two. That, of course, remained to be seen. "Good job." The girl said simply, scratching Zigzagoon behind her ear, causing the raccoon like creature to bark appreciatively. The breeder glanced over towards the pokeball that supposedly contained Tauros, and then glanced to her other side towards the Miltank that was desperately reaching for one of Kei's pokeballs. What was it doing that for?
