In Search of A Dragon

Kenji had arrived on Dominus Island with one goal in mind, catch a kick ass dragon to add to his team. He would soon be back to the island to take on the final gym leader, but right now he was just here to train his team and catch some dragons. Kenji walked through the island, leaving town and looking for some pokemon. He figured the stronger, wild pokemon would keep to the wilds. They would mark out territory for themselves, and not be bothered by petty human actions. Kenji called out Flygon and climbed aboard the ground/dragon's back as they rose into the air. Kenji scanned the island, looking for any sign of pokemon.

Donphan was happy to see that it dealt some serious damage to Flygon but it was caught off guard when the Swampert used the double Water Gun attack. The ground type pokemon received a great amount of damage and was knocked back several meters. In the begining, it looked like it could stand the attack but unfortunately for Donphan it couldn't. The pokemon finally fell on the ground unconscious. The damage was too big. Now, it is up to the trainer decide whether he will catch it or not...

[Kenji]

Kenji smiled and returned Swampert, Good job girlie, He turned to Flygon and noticed the pokemon wasn't looking too healthy, you too buddy, let's go get some rest. Flygon nodded and picked up Kenji, they flew to the pokemon center in town and Kenji healed his team, and took a nap himself. An hour or so later, Kenji walked out of the pokemon center and stretched, I swear to god if I don't find a dragon pokemon soon I'm going to lose it. He decided not to fly on Flygon this time, and walked out of town by himself, looking for pokemon as the sun began to set.

As the trainer was leaving, another pokemon happened to come right in front of him. This pokemon was a dragon type... It was just what Kenji was looking for. It walked with an evil smile on its face towards Kenji and it said "Axew...". The pokemon looked like it wanted to meet with the trainer... A good relationship could be built between those two of the trainer wanted it. Now, it is up to him to decide whether it will or not.

[Kenji]

Kenji looked down at the Axew and said, Oh, hey there, what's up little guy? He crouched down to Axew's level and smiled before pulling out his pokedex and scanning it, Hmm, the tusk pokemon, Kenji said to himself before looking at Axew and smiling at his large tusks, mhm, I can see why too. Kenji put away his pokedex and put his hand out to pat Axew on the head, Well you're definitely a dragon type pokemon, and you're pretty cute. Would you want to join my team? We could train and you could get stronger, probably even evolve. Kenji smiled at the Axew, before noticing the creepy smile on its face, That can't be good... Kenji thought, hesitant to put his hand out to the pokemon.

The evil face was apparently the way that Axew was smiling most of the times. The pokemon nodded as it listened to the trainer's request and said "Axew!" meaning "I want to join your team!". The trainer had a chance to catch a dragon type pokemon now. Seeing how much strong Kenji was in the previous battle with the Donphan, Axew wanted to enter his team so that he would grow stronger and stronger and one day become as strong as Flygon... Now, all that was left was to be caught.

[Kenji]

Kenji smiled, Haha, you're a funny one Axew, I'd be more than happy to have you join my team. Kenji put his backpack on the ground and fished around for a pokeball. After a few seconds he pulled one out and pressed the center button, enlarging it. Ready? He asked Axew before tapping him on the head with the pokeball and watching him be absorbed by the scarlet light. The ball dropped to the ground, rocking back and forth several times, Kenji waited with excitement. He had found a dragon pokemon, not the one he had truly wanted, but a dragon pokemon none the less.
