In Search of a Starly

After evolving her eevee into an espeon through an intense training session, in nebula forest, Viviana Contreras, was in search of another flying type pokemon. She was just looking for a simple starly but something told her that this won't be as simple as she probably thought it would be, but life is full of difficult choices, some of which don't end well, but no need to bring up anything into existence right?

Not like you had a right to get pissed- in a forest full of wild pokemon who knew humans to be their natural enemies, you should have known better than to think that everything would go smoothly and the bird would simply want to get itself caught, rather than spending the rest of it's life with it's friends and family. Starly spun around quickly, narrowly dodging the Murkrow's pursuit attack, only to slap it in the face with one of it's wings as it spun. It was a weak attack though, since it didn't formerly know wing attack. The flying type followed up with another powerful gust attack, hoping to drive Murkrow off and escape.

[Viviana]

"Dodge the attack and use Pursuit again!" Viviana yelled as murkrow flew higher in the air avoiding the gust attack to took advantage of the starly's recovery time giving murkrow the upper hand to land its attack on the starly submerged in the air[auto~hit]. Murkrow flew toward the starly as it charged its pursuit up and nailed the starly right where it ''stood''. As the attack hit, from where viviana was standing she felt that hit home, but obviously this was not going to be as easy as that, viviana knew that from dreadful experiences. She told murkrow to use pursuit again making sure it hit the starly.

The Starly was hit, and got sent flying back, smashing into a branch. It krr'ed unpleasantly, eyes shut as it nearly fell to the ground. The branch did way more damage than Murkrow did- kind of pathetic, really. It was about to get knocked out because of a damn branch. At any rate, it somehow managed to stop itself from landing after the fall, jerkily flapping it's wings and lunging for cover. However, Murkrow's attack, Pursuit, had a certain special ability about it. It hit as Starly was attempting to escape, causing it to fall beak first into the ground. It stood shakily, scrunching it's face up in pain. Turning, the bird growled pathetically, lowering Murkrow's attack power considerably.

[Viviana]

Seeing the starly hit the tree with the cracking of branches and the rattling of leaves viviana watched as the pokemon got hurt by her murkrows attack, but on top of that the tree also did some damage as well, which worked out in Viviana's favor, that and this starly was being a pest, but also viviana admitted she was being a pest to. When she saw the starly escape murkrows pursuit attacked stopped it in its tracks adding damage from the previous pursuit/tree combo. The starly seemed to have got mad a viviana and from the looks of it vivi could tell it was getting tired, but to make the battle go on longer, it had to use growl...viviana was annoyed, but she remembered this is a casual wild encounter battle, she had to expect the unexpected which she really didn't use until right now. "Murkrow use a pursuit barage" Viviana needed to capture this pokemon, she needed to be cakm as well, playing dirty and being a bitch was not going to cut it, she needed to fight by the book or not at all, but the moment this bird plays dirty, is when viviana plays dirty.

The force of the attack and hitting the tree took alot out of the tiny Starly. However this little guy had spunk. "Sta-Starly" Which means,"Come on is that all you have!" unfortunately the murkow hit the tinypokemon hard with a barGe of pursuits which tore into the Statly. It ha fallen to the ground, close to fainting but just through self determination the small bird stood up again. "Starly!" which acted as a war cry. It stood it's grounds and ran on it's little legs attempted to use Quick Attack on the Murkrow.

[Viviana]

Seeing the starly...Its determination, its power, its fierceness. Viviana knew how the match shall end, as she looked the starly dead in the eyes. She didn't know what she was doing her body was just moving on its own as she stood in front of her pokemon, in between the attack starly and the her murkrow. She looked at the starly as it used quick attack. Starly embraced itself and hit Viviana, due to her unexpected step in interupting its attack. She hugged the starly as it hit her. She began to comfort it and what not.

[Hatarou]

Starly ran as fast as it could and jump up. Starly was surprised, at the braveness of the trainer. It struck the trainer hard and the trainer just caught it and started comforting it. The Starly felt bad for strucking the human. However the Starly was tired, and embraced the trainer. "Star" "You might be insane but i like you... I guess i give up... You win..." The Starly than fell asleep in the trainers arms.

[Viviana]

Looking at the starly, viviana smiled as she placed a pokeball to its forehead. She quickly pressed it on hits head and caught the pokemon quickly. She then recited the words," Passive Deity" and as the starly was in the pokeball she remembered the very first pokemon she had caught. She started to remember and have visions of everything from the time she was just a little girl till now. She was ready to move on and train up for her first gym battle, but until then, she was going to rest up and get ready for whatever madness was headed her way next.
