POTW #4 - Got Wings?

It doesn't even matter whether they can actually fly or not. Anything that has wings can be nominated, whether said wings are just for show, or can only allow the pokemon to hover for short periods of time. You understand, yeah? Alrighty then. Same deal as always:

Nomination:
Resoning: Lugia is a legendary, and looks just plain freaking awesome. I mean it has to be cool if we have it in our banner right? Not only can Lugia fly, but he/she can use its awesome wings to fly underwater, I'd like to see a stupid bird try and fly underwater. Lugia is also a legendary so nuff nuff.

Nomination: Dragonair
Reason: Some reasons on why I chose Dragonair as my POTW is because although it rarely shows it, its wings are its ears. The only dragon type pokemon that looks more angelic than rage, crazed, pokemon such as Garchomp and Salamance. I also favor Dragonair because it catches the pure essence of a dragon types inner beauty. As fruity as the sounds Dragonair, excluding Dratini, and Altaria, shows that dragon type pokemon come in all shapes and sizes.

Nomination: Chatot
Reason: Well it can Psuedo talk and that's pretty sweet. Brings pride to the no evolution bird pokemon. Parrots can are super smart so i think that makes Chatot smart lol. Uhhhhh Chatot is really colorful?

Reason: There are so many reasons why Giratina is so cool so I will start off with the most basic. No other pokemon has the same type combination as Giratina, which makes him even more unique. Giratina is one of the few select pokemon that can learn all versions of Ancient Power. Giratina's name may be derived from platinum; and either guillotine, girasol (a type of red opal), or girare, an Italian verb meaning to wander or turn.

Not only that but he looks friggin epic. Look at him!!

Reason: Well he is one of my favorite pokemon. He is only weak to 3 types, resistant against 2 and unaffected by 2 while others being normal, what means he has advantage most of battles and rarely disadvantage. His color is red which is my favorite and his second is blue which is my second favorite. He also has some pretty nice move sheet and cool appearance. He is also based on Eagle which is my favorite type of bird but i don't know why. His japanese name makes him sound even cooler then he is with english name Braviary which sounds stupid.
