Nomination: Riolu


Reason: Excluding it evolves into one of the most epic Pokemon ever, Riolu, in my opinion, is one of the very few baby Pokemon that be cute and hold it's own in an actual battle. Also, Riolu has the unique ability to control aura to help it battle. How many other Pokemon can do that, well, except Lucario. Compaired to Pichu, Cleffa, Budew, and other baby Pokemon, Riolu simply is better in battle. Not only that, its an extremely loyal Pokemon that will see any battle through as long as its Trainer is at its side.
