Second Research!: Track Magmar!

After he sent the samples he got from the wild Onix he caught to professor Akane, the trainer/researcher Maximillion Sawada headed towards Groudon Island in order to complete another mission. This time, the researcher was asked to gather data on a wild Magmar from the island. As he set foot on the island, without losing his time, he headed towards the mountain where the Magmars used to be... Another adventure for him and his Gallade was about to begin...

Looks like your mission is nearly complete now is it, but getting this Magmar is not going to be a walk in the park, can your Gallade fulfill the mission or will you will instantaneously.

You were smart to have gallade use teleport to avoid the affects of the fire spin, especially being caught in that vortex would have been tragic, thankfully you managed to escape and mustered up the energy to have your gallade use slash while behind the Magmar. Unfortunately like I said before this is not goin to be an easy win. Quickly turning around the Magmar used Faint attack, directly hitting your Gallade, but in return got a slight taste of the slash slightly knocking it back a bit.

Maximillion looked at the Magmar with a much more serious face than before. He did not want to catch it, he just wanted to defeat it so that Gallade would regain his pride after getting hit by the Fire Punch attack. He pointed towards it once again and said "Gallade! It is about time to get serious! Use Magical Leaf on Magikarp and move along with them while using Slash!". In an instant, a bunch of leaves appeared around Gallade. The unavoidable attack started moving towards Magmar like a homing missile and along with it, Gallade was coming as well. As the time passed Gallade was running faster and faster up to the point of reaching an extremely high speed. As soon as it reached Magmar it said "Gallade!" as its right elbow started shining and a blade extended from it. It used Slash, hitting the Magmar (AUTO-HIT) and causing it some damage... And on top of that, the Magical Leaf attack was next to the wild pokemon, prepared to strike it.

The slash did its damage to the Magmar as it skidded back and grunt in the process. Its vision began to get blurry as it fell to its knee's. It didn't even expect the sudden flurry of leafs attacking it the very moment its knee touched the ground, but strangely it didn't care. The whole place went quiet for a brief moment as the leaves past Magmar as if they didn't even touch him (but they did). As magmar looked at you and then gallade, it smirked and then fell to the ground finally defeated.

Seeing that he managed to defeat the wild Magmar, the trainer smiled. He had gathered the data and now he had nothing else to do on the island. However, he had heard of a trainer who taught the pokemon some fight type moves, so he decided to go and meet him. He wanted to teach Gallade a strong fight type moved he heard about recently... He said to his pokemon that was tired "Gallade. Use Teleport to move us to the pokemon center of the island." and the pokemon did so, leading the trainer and itself to the pokemon center. There, he contacted the professor and gave her the data he gathered about Magmar. His reward was sent to him...and afterwards, he left from the pokemon center and headed to the tutor of the island to ash him to teach Gallade the move he wanted.
